Before
Before the project, the public area at the Al Madain District Intersection was underdeveloped and lacked adequate infrastructure and public amenities. The space was not optimized for community use and had limited facilities for residents. The area faced issues such as poor accessibility, outdated infrastructure, and an overall lack of aesthetic appeal, which hindered its use as a functional public space.

The completed project has successfully transformed the Al Madain District Intersection into a modern, vibrant public space. With better pedestrian pathways, green spaces, updated signage, and seating areas, the space now serves as a well–connected, functional area for residents to enjoy, fostering community interaction and convenience.
