Improving and Developing Urban Residual Spaces in the Center of Hail

Lecon is excited to be part of the Improving and Developing Urban Residual Spaces in the Center of Hail project, a transformative initiative that aims to breathe new life into underutilized urban areas. The project focuses on revitalizing the heart of Hail by turning neglected or unused spaces into vibrant, functional areas that serve the needs of the community. By improving these urban residual spaces, we are creating accessible, inclusive, and engaging environments where residents and visitors can come together to socialize, relax, and experience the city in a new way.

This project is not just about beautification; it’s about re-imagining Hail’s public spaces and infrastructure to create a city that is better connected and more resilient. With a focus on sustainable design and innovative urban planning, we aim to enhance the city’s livability and support its future growth. The revitalized areas will feature improved walkways, green spaces, recreational zones, and public amenities, all contributing to a healthier, more active lifestyle for everyone.
