Improving and Developing Urban Residual Spaces in the North of Hail

Lecon is proud to be a key partner in the Improving and Developing Urban Residual Spaces in the North of Hail project, a transformative initiative aimed at revitalizing underutilized urban areas and turning them into functional, accessible, and vibrant spaces for the local community. This project is a significant step towards enhancing the quality of life for residents, as it focuses on the rehabilitation of neglected urban spaces, providing a new lease of life for areas that have long been overlooked.

The primary objective of this project is to improve the infrastructure and public amenities in the northern part of Hail, creating modern, well-planned spaces that cater to the growing needs of the local population. By reimagining these residual spaces, the project aims to foster a sense of community, enhance social interactions, and provide areas for leisure, recreation, and commerce. It will introduce green spaces, pedestrian-friendly pathways, public parks, and community hubs that encourage both relaxation and active participation.
